Assemblies
We offer value-added orifice installation to our heating manifolds to provide a complete assembly. Each assembly is tested for leaks, and each orifice is independently verified to be the correct size as part of our process control. OEM's who utilize BSI assemblies have reported immediate benefits such as: reduced component inventory, less SKU’s to manage, optimized floor space, reduced direct-labor and improved takt times.
